City Of Westminster Parking Service

Still Strictly Dancing

The City Of Westminster has decided to sweep our Parking Ticket No 2 under the carpet.

We revisited the scene of the crime today, and I am pretty sure I saw the same crooked Parking Attendant on duty on the same patch making money for NCP and the City of Westminster.

Thank you for your short letter dated 16 November 2006.

You have cancelled the Parking Ticket because you say that you have, “not responded to the correspondence in a timely manner”

It is quite true that you have failed to reply to correspondence, not just in an “untimely manner”, but also not at all, and still to this day, not at all.

There is nothing surprising about this because recent other experience with your office demonstrates that you never reply to correspondence meaningfully, if at all.

I have published this correspondence and my readers wish to know if the corrupt parking attendant that issued this particular ticket is still out there on the streets of Westminster.

My readers also want to know if the City of Westminster is acting properly against corrupt practises in the City of Westminster Parking Services, or sweeping it under the carpet so that it might continue to deny that such corruption is rife within the service.

You are not excused.
